I have just been informed by my bank that both STX and TPD are analyzing their shareholder structure under CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 672A/B. Both companies asked my bank to disclose who I am. they are using different agencies to collect the information but started on the same day.From my perspective, I can see two reasons for this:1) they know something is going on (T/O) and they want to find out who it really is,OR2) they want to merge and try to identify strong shareholders in bothany thoughts from you guys?
