I would support an in-specie distribution and split out of Gurvantes, on the proviso that the level of the distribution is significant for TPD holders.

Agree with the strategy of a split out of it happens as the two assets are different styles and on different continents.

Better off with two holdings than one in that context and it gives people the scope to hold both or sell one off of they have a desire to do so.
