I would have mostly agreed, prior to us acquring 25% of L7 through TEG.

I would have thought it would be in our best interest as shareholders for Waylering to be sold off IF we didnt see a significant re-rate in the new year OR we needed a large amount of cash upfront to take a higher % off TMK/Petro were to get things moving fast and we needed more cash. Selling Waylering would remove risk of a takeover in these scenarios, BUT now that we have L7 aswell, wouldnt make much sense to get out of the Perth Basin.
