STX probably wants to, but the hard part is putting a value on the Mongolian assets (not to mention L7).
There are several ways for this to be resolved. I think all of them result in a separation of AUS vs Mongolia assets, each to its new owner, each valued separately.
Unfortunately, all options involve how to split the existing valuation pie. It could lead to some interesting conversations: STX might say to TMK "we should jointly bid for TPD. The Mongolian assets are worth 90% of the value so we will pay 10% of the total purchase price".
