I owned SRZ. I sold not long after Nero bought in. The 'specialist' you refer to is Rusty's fund Nero, the same guy that stated that MLX buying TAM was a 'bad look' and that he hates 'stuff like that'. I do think SRZ is a possible target for MLX although others (well cashmeoutside anyway) have alluded to poor met at SRZ as a factor in why MLX may avoid SRZ (and I am only average at being able to assess a resource as being good/bad/ugly). Management have pretty much said not interested. Hence why I sold after the Nero pump. Brett Smith can not be clearer in these statements unless he made them to avoid speculation and being forced to pay a premium. I took him at face value.
