Below is my understanding as to where TAM is currently at.
TAM currently holds aprox 1 Million NST Shares @ $5.20 = $5.2 Million
NST own 25% of Central Tanami, and will acquire a further 35%, once the project has been in production for a 30 day period or has produced 5000 ounces of gold.
For the additional 35% stake, NST will give TAM 5000 ounces of Gold. (Aprox US$6.5 Million at Todays Prices)
NST will own 60% of the Central Tanami Project, TAM will own 40%
It is estimated that the Central Tanami Project has in the vicinity of 1 Million Ounces
It is estimated the project will be able to produce somewhere around 100,000+ Ounces Per Year
The likely cost of production sits somewhere around the US$1100 per ounce
At todays prices, that gives a US$230 margin per ounce, equating to US$23 Million p.a
TAM's share of this would be US$9.2 Million P.A
The life mine expectancy is around 10 Years, which equates to almost $US100 Million for TAM
NST has 3 years from announcement to get the mine into production, meaning the mine should be in production by 2018.
TAM has approximately 1.2 Billion Shares in circulation
TAM has zero debt, and about $7 Million in cash
The court case between MLX and TAM is set for November 2016
