Forgive my ignorance if I am wrong, but those options didn't just pop out of the air. They were issued with conditions and if the prevailing context is positive they are exercised. I understand that the dilution is a matter of fact but if that is your main concern shouldn’t that have been factored in from the time they were issued?
The Chinese are no fools when it comes to doing business!
