TAM had to sell, it's (not so) slowly going bust, needs the $30M+ as it had come to the end of the line with it's bankers, to whom it owed $40M out of a $43M debt facility. Expect a desperate TAM to have a heavily discounted cr shortly. The transaction has absolutely no effect on ABU except it does show somebody out there has plenty of faith in the company to spend $30M buying in - wish it was me at 5c a share, nice price if you can get it!
