Whichever way you look at it ,this is great news for ABU.
1. A new major shareholder who will hold for the long term.
ABU gets more cash with the exercising of more options.
2. Tam will have no trouble bedding down the shares from the exercise of options in due course after the ABU resource upgrade.
3. TAM can now concentrate on getting Groundrush up and running .( good news for ABU as Hyperion is close by and could be toll treated at the Central Tanami plant)
4. When we get the next round of assay results ( this week I am guessing ) we will see 6 cents plus for ABU
5.APAC are another long term holder so these shares are not in play anymore.
