Tamarind NZ enters administration, page-9

I work in corporate insolvency. The appointment of an administrator to one of Tamarind's entities in NZ will have no impact whatsoever on the entities here in Aust or within their global group.

Tamarind as a group probably have over 100 entities that are all set up for one specific purpose and are effectively 'ring fenced' so that no other entities in the group can be affected by an external administration (including even liquidation of the company if that eventuates) of any one entity or entities.

The administration of that specific NZ company is of no concern whatsoever to their plans and operations here in Australia and their investment in TEG, or any of their other investments outside of that specific NZ entity.
