If the USA is a country that cares about it's nationals so much, that it develops drone technology to strike enemy targets then tell me why civilians get blown to pieces at a sporting event?

The FBI are useless morons when it comes to the Boston bombings.
Rather than going out on the street and chanting USA and holding up flags. Maybe the US public should be asking why a major law enforcement protector like the FBI gave a Sargeant Barbrady response to the Russian Intelligence services?
