If you expect Law Enforcers to be in everyone's mind and know what is going on in order to prevent any attack, you are dreaming. Start a new thread on this and then you can argue with yourself to your heart's content.
Right now, I'm more concerned about the fact that young disenchanted Muslims becoming radicalised - that is what this thread is supposed to be about.
