The next stockpile order for Antivirals will be made only after some serious research I think and the UK has taken the lead by placing a mega order of Relenza.
Plenty more goverments around the world will follow with or without a recession they will need to protect their citizens again a possible Flu pandamic.
Biota is at least on those companies that is recession prove so to say.
