    Peramivir is resistant to h274 just like tamiflu

    This s274n has a mild reduced effect on relenza. No matter if it had a high effect as BTA have Lani which has different resistance profile to all the other NA inhibitors

    This resistance which happens with most drugs is why the USA BARDA want Inavir. Another weapon in the arsenal .
