inhibitory concentration (IC50). This has some relevence, have read somewhere that IC50 is not a primary test but measures the result as a factor of concentration of the the antiviral, from memory again peramivir is administered at a higher dosage than TF or RA to attain a result.
Perhaps some one may care to explain, I am possibly way off the mark ?
