Tamiflu once activated by gut acid and travel via the systemic path has shown to breach the blood-brain barrier therefore making some children and young adults that took it to behave abnormally. I suppose this is also game-set and match to Relenza.

Now, onto LANI, don't foget it is thousands of time as potent as Relenza, because LANI is a Relenza Dimer and is configured to cluster flu viruses via a network web. So it inherits the game-set-match of Relenza, mutiply by several thousand fold. Its a pity not many people people see this.

The question now is, what is the merit of stockpiling Tamiflu when there is a high probability that it will not, or does not work now. It is a "lay down Mazair" the future pandemic strain will be resistance to Tamiflu. I pity the first lot of pandemic patients taking TAMIFLU.
