    Another example where, the government doesn't run the country

    My only question is why were they not "sent" home seven years ago

    What I find deplorable in all these cases is that they are deemed to be illegal and yet they were are allowed to stay

    It is 100% the governments fault that these people have been given false hope, and been allowed to put down roots, there should almost be a relief under a "statute of limitations"

    The belief that if the owner ( this case the government) knows and allows a condition to continue then by adverse possession it is theirs. A bit like the Eddie Mabo case

    A government that does nothing is a government which should be kicked out, but of course there is no one to replace them is there
