oh, dear god - you guys are amazingly uneducated --

yes, the laws are written in English -------- but, I know this will come as a big surprise - someone has to read them --


and, when someone reads them -- someone has to interpret what they actually say and mean -

it's the basis of our legal system - I realise this might be a shock to you - but, it's been happening for a tad over 200 years
