    So, for the people who are saying it's all the judiciaries fault here - actually listen to what Packer says ---------- listen closely between the 40 second and 60 second marks

    he's saying the issues are with LAW MAKING ----- he's saying that you have to have lawyers and etc. (judges) to interpret the laws -

    this means one thing --------- it's governments problems in actually writing the laws - not the implementation of them -

    which makes perfect sense because if one is bitching about the quality of laws - it's most likely because we have had a lowering of quality of actual law makers - politicans -

    so - look no further than the Liberal Party of Australia ----- they have been the lawmakers now for 6 plus years -



    I suggest that if we are having 'inconsistency' in interpretation of laws - then, it's the laws that are not clear - ie. they are badly written

    sheet the blame home where it really lies if there's an issue --------- Government --------- at present --------- Liberal Government
