Nope they were deemed not to be and if they were they could apply to come here under that status the right way
Nope the scottish couple which I assume you are referring to from ACA came here the right way under the right visa but through beurocratic crap and unfortunate employment sponsorship issues are not allowed to stay here despite doing ALL the right things and paying taxes.
