Like I mentioned, this bloke looks very similar to my first encounter with Aboriginal in Melbourne.
He was a work colleague and drinking partner and I thought he must had a bit off Greek or Italian bloodline in him.
We need a referendum to clearly define who is Aboriginal to preserve the bloodline.
The model could be based on 50% and above, like in Hawaii and Canada.
Like I mentioned never heard or met any Aborigines in the area for about 20 years
I left that area in the the mid 60’s and regularly visited my parent on the weekends until the mid 90’s.
