I recently heard my new singer-friend sing this wonderful old-English song, which bemourns the death of a young love - the young man mourns the death of his girl. It is called 'The Unquiet Grave' .
I have chosen the Joan Baez version as I thought "The Dubliners'" version wasn't quite as emotional and a little 'out of time' but it could be the Irish way of being a little out-of-rhythm at the beginning of phrasing - I don't know enough about the Irish style of singing - 'my singer' didn't do this and sang strictly in time (6/8th?) - and he is Irish.

Namaste (with apology to @Scott th Ratbag)
