Exactly, they already know the test loop works to expectations, i.e the bit about the Slab already poured for the main enrichment plant? by 03boz or was it expo? anyway we now have this as well to back that up, does anyone here really believe they would be about to employ all these people who have security clearances if they weren't going ahead with the main plant? don't think so!!!!
This was advertised in September in the US,
would they be looking to train people who had the right security clearance if th test loop wasn't working?
These people are being employed for the real thing in my opinion?
