One thing I don't understand about the water. If the water output is cleaner than the water input from the river, why return it to the river in the first place?
LAMP could store the output water in tanks and reuse it again and again in a closed circuit. This will save them a lot of expenses on filtering the polluted river's water all the time, and pouring cleaner water back to the river is also a waste of money.
Could anyone with better knowledge of LAMP explain me why it is done?
