Tototy - again, let me state that I'm no expert on the water situation, but as I understand it, the sheer volume of water that is required would make closed-circuit storage and reuse logistically very difficult and expensive, when there is ample water available anyway.
The water supply is one of the reasons that the site was chosen, along with the supply of chemicals, and the proximity to the customers for the offtake.
