Technically it is Danish time which is currently around 3.30 am unlike 11.30 pm in Greenland as it is the EAMRA in Denmark that is to give the nod to EIA approvals - should they do so on schedule. Then all other approvals are handled by the local Greenland authorities.

Pretty subdued day on trading - no leaky ships at this point in time - pretty rare these days.
