As you quoted from the CRML statement:
"There is no guarantee that the Company’s acquisition of the Stage 1 Interest and the Stage 2 Interest will occur on the projected timeline, or at all."
Yet we are talking of a BINDING Heads of Agreement. What does all this gobbledegook mean?
