You do know that if etm does not do its require expenditure it has to be added on to the next year with a 50% penalty and when it is not spent the license is taken away with a fine equivalent to 50% of what has not been spent in the ground.( extra expenditure bonuses also only last 3 years). Therefore as etm has not been to the field for some time it must need to spend millions in the ground just to keep the license. (by the way expenditure with lawyers does not count). You should be more worried about etm's ability to keep its own license surely.
