If this rubbish is true for ALL mineral licenses in Greenland, It sounds to me like the GOG are just a milking factory. Milking funds from hopefull companies wanting to start mining in the country. Pathetic hurdles to ever get anything going in the country, maybe thats the way they want it, untouched but still raking in a "revenue" from "mining" but not mining.
