I agree entirely, and it really begs the question why WR was still selling to them.....it seems to be to be the sort of behaviour of an MD who is fundamentally insecure, lacking self-belief, to be so easily cajoled short term, while longer term making a strategic mistake.

Phil's old WR knives are not being sharpened yet, they have not taken them out of the cupboard...but I am looking over at the kitchen!
