    Dynofish - AVO cannot extend their bid because they have declared it final. Bid lapses on Wed at 5.00 pm.

    After that we may well see a rise in both AVO and DIO. In AVO because of the removal of uncertainty as to where they sit with respect to DIO. In DIO because there will be no more arbitragers unwinding their positions by selling DIO and buying AVO.
