I don't care too much how it is done as long as the government can keep as much money circulating in the economy.
Unforunately with trickle up and trickle down the money eventually makes its way to the rich, once with the rich there is no gaurantee that it will be re-circulated back into the economy.
The government needs to incentivise re-distribution where ever it can.
