Here is another version of the Philippines project. Interestingly this article quotes a project cost of 30m Euro (US$43m) This would be for the recieving terminal only. I assume project finance for this? Cheers

Philippines LNG terminal build set for March

Construction on a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal and storage facility project in Quezon province in the Philippines will begin in March this year.

The environmental compliance certificate (ECC) was issued on 29 December by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB).

The LNG terminal and storage facility project would store up to 1 million tons of LNG. Two units of storage tanks with a capacity of 130,000 m3 each, a jetty and receiving terminal, trestle, re-gasification area, storage area, motor-pool, and other support facilities will also be built.

LNG would be distributed by an LNG carrier vessel to outlying terminals nationwide and loaded in tank containers for rail distribution to target destinations. A port and passenger terminal and a hotel and resort will also be constructed at the plant site.

The 300 megawatt (MW) LNG power-plant project along with the 750 MW Pagbilao power plant and 440 MW power plant in Mauban would add up to almost 1,500 MW of electricity to be generated from Quezon.

The project will cost around P2-billion (30.3 million).
