Had to be lower. Geoff is highly experienced in extracting NTA from LICs trading below NTA. In the case of HHV, he is stuffed as he couldn't see the logic of staying with HHV. The management contract has a negative value to HHV. The only way out for Geoff is to call for liquidating HHV in a way that is allowed by management contract with HHL and HHV not paying any penalty to HHL. Geoff unlikely to bid for HHL as his expertise is very different to HHL. HHL in no man's land!
