KOV is a thinly traded stock, the volume today is barely over $100k, or approximately 0.11% of the market cap.
So I can say with 95% certainty, that today's seemingly large drop is a bit of random noise, a statistical anomaly at the absence of any announcement or general market upset.
The sell/buy price gap sort of indicates the same thing, as there's a huge difference with very few shares for sale or order to buy at this stage.
