A 3B is an ISSUE of capital notice.
The 3B's you are looking at relate to options exercises NOT buys.
You dont know what you are talking about.
And you fail even to recognise that because there is no net change of position it doesn't matter about timing. What about the other 3B's for the options exercise? Why dont you comment on their timing?
Also, I never said anything about what the money is to be used for. That's up to the company.
This is the last I will be talking on this because the discussion is no longer constructive.
I would also be happy for you to give me a call to discuss what you believe to be the weaknesses or strengths of the options exercise program.
