Next dividend announcement is due end of this month ~3 weeks?
With retail doing exceptionally well this year, as HVN themselves advising 20% increase in sales, plus the much smaller special dividend paid in lieu of the interim dividend, we could be looking at a 35c fully franked dividend!
A few days ago that was a 10% return. Even now it's still a healthy 8.8% return...
