The real question for me is why this article got printed ?
Why would the paper be seeking out the site manager for comment in the first place ?
All I can think of is the paper got wind of the Bank Consortium news & credentials of local Banking & Finance consultants now on board. Another positive if the local population are showing interest in the project.
