What started as a winge has generated a bit of dicussion, anyway, I think it is better to put ideas up than sit worrying, if one of my downer thoughts gets refuted should I be unhappy? No!
I'm looking for plausible reasons for the delays we are suffering - Right now, I also think that HCS, its management, owners, bankers etc. would have had a massive psychological shock being on the receiving end of the DEVASTATING drop in turnover reported at HCS due to the GFC.
They would all be extremely wary at the moment. I'll bet that's another ingredient in the seething cauldron.
However, I've said enough on this thread and am content to wait for some news of note to generate another round of posts.
