No wonder ASX ....apparently, but who knows anymore!....scouring through the DFS info before approving release.
Little wonder Paterson's were able to 'squeeze' the deal they did out of this Co for last CR...as the sp stands today they paid a 'premium' for the placement that was sprung on investors. Ironically, it was this boardroom deal that has decimated the sp to levels they are atm ...
