I personally think China doesn't think highly of African nations. I think Xi took them for fools and it looks like they aren't quite the fools he thought they were.

At least Mr Magufuli puts his country first! Not like our government. We were more than happy to give Landbridge, a Chinese owned company a 99 yr lease on the Darwin port. Idiots.
I'm not sure we've ever see a coal fired power station for our coal supply. I think even the poorer countries are looking elsewhere for power generation. I guess it's not a bad thing for the global climate. (says me with the name GoNuke)
