I'm guessing that the top 20 shareholders has consolidated even more now and unless there are new entrants into IEC then I'd say everyone has filled their quota. I would have thought that if they needed more capital to cover the payout then that would have been underway already. I'm just waiting to see this latest monthly report and probably the next 2 months following. Their should be some provision for at least part of the payments as I think there was always going to be some sort of penalty to be paid to Caspian.

It will be interesting to see how much (or if) production improves with Caspian gone over the next few months.

I just hope that we get through the Caspian payouts without any capital raising and that once that is out of the way a small dividend to us long suffering holders
