What do you mean funding isn't happening? They just raised US$25M which is the majority on funds needed to get the plant re-assembled and long lead time items ordered.

The only funding piece outstanding is any debt facility / equity stake in IM3NY for the remainder.

A big chunk of the funds required are actually raw materials to make the cells themselves. This won't need to be purchased for a quite a while until they get closer to equipment re-assembly being completed.
