Just my 2 cents, but I think this export ban announcement is just noise with the incumbent Tanz govt to doing some political chest beating. They'll want exports going as hard as they can to bring money in. And when they hear the blow back from the company's they've disrupted they'll quickly assure them it's business as usual. They need foreign investment and exports more than ever right now.
