Great to see that Montero Resources, who also had a settlement agreement with Tanzania via ICSID, has just (two days ago) received their final USD 7m instalment.
We're waiting on USD 30m by 30 March - only about 3 weeks away now!
On my maths, that's going to work out to a touch over AUD 47.3m - the exchange rate is definitely in our favour at the moment
Although the Montero amount is less than ours, it does give me confidence that Tanzania is now keeping its commitments and seeing these things through to completion
