    Litigation plays always come with risks, but the $443M AUD (~$277M USD) claim Cassius is pursuing is one of the biggest on the ASX right now. The Tribunal has already ruled that it has jurisdiction, meaning Ghana’s attempts to shut the case down have failed. That’s a solid step forward.With the final hearing set for June 2026 at The Hague, Cassius is in the fight, and if they secure a win or a settlement, the upside could be huge. High risk, but also high reward potential—definitely one to watch.
