Buffalo the only negative consequence would be as you say the share price falling. Taking it to the extreme if the SP was driven down to say 3.4c by people selling to swap their shares at the discount price we would now have a 25% lower market cap. All up it's a shame they could not have expanded the offer further but I assume they were constrained by the rules. Let's hope we get the SML soon so long term holders like ourselves are rewarded finally .
