Malawi has no mining industry.(bit of coal and gemstones).
Govt continues to delay tabling and passing of the new mines and minerals bill although progress has been achieved in other related issues.
Lets hope for all parties and in particular the impoverished locals all concludes with a favorable outcome for all. In countries where corruption is rife such as Malawi any investment is precarious.
The curse of mining in African nations - now Tanzania.
