    It is now possibly quite apparent why Mining Licence application has not not been submitted in Q4 as planned....but why is up to a poster on here to inform us the Regulations supporting the Bill have not been signed off by the Presiden?... and he was demanding to do so last Friday....surely the Co was aware of this hold-up???
