Its been great to see ATQ finally moving and about time!!

A question was raised some time ago about KEY Petroleum and the instability of the Tanzanian Government according to a poster on Hot Copper.

The interesting development which I have been following lately is the cross-listing Barrick Gold is undertaking in London and Tanzania.

They are to IPO their 4 Tanzanian assets, Bulyanhulu, Buzwagi, North Mara and Tulawaka on the LSE and also the Dar Es Salaam stock markets.

For 25% of their assets they are to raise one billion dollars and that is mainly all focused on their Tanzanian assets.

If there was instability as suggested, and Tanzania was NOT a stable place why would such activities be undertaken.. it shows that ATQ through its subsiduaries has a very very valuable asset also which maybe in the future they too might decide to IPO a portion of Tancoal Energy to the market.

There has been alot of activity in Tanzania and there is no suggestion that stability of the Government is an issue.

Once the BFS has been completed, am sure that with the new management in place and also the strengths that Tancoal has incountry that everything should and will be moving up from now on.
